About this role:

 

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Project Engineer - Signalling to join the  Logan And Gold Coast Faster Rail project within Major Projects initially until 30/6/2029 with the possibility of extension. The role will see you providing engineering services and business support, delivering quality, commercially focused signalling to support the delivery of the project.

 

 

Purpose that Counts - Some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide engineering advice and technical support for railway signalling systems projects
  • Develop project plans including scopes of work, programs and risk management plans
  • Monitor the implementation of project activities
  • Communicate with Signalling staff regarding technical issues and provide technical support for the day-to-day construction activities
  • Finalise project activities, including quality and completion sign- offs

 

 

People Who Count - Who we are looking for:

 

  • Graduate Bachelor of Engineering
  • Substantial level of skill in taking a lead role in Signal Design, Maintenance, Project Management or Testing
  • Substantial level of skill in working autonomously
  • Substantial level of interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills
  • Substantial analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
