We are currently recruiting for a Document Management Officer to join our SEQ Operations Team at our Bowen Hills Office. This is a fulltime fixed term position, through to June 2025.

 

In this role you will provide efficient and effective management of documents by supporting and engendering processes, systems and services within Train Service Delivery.

 

About the Role:

  • Facilitate through work teams the development and reviewing of quality documentation in alignment with Train Service Delivery business requirements.

  • Carry out desktop / process audits as required, in accordance with business plans and to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Develop and maintain document control standards and procedures and ensure their consistent adoption in all areas of the Train Service Delivery business.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality forms and process mapping in relation to Train Service Delivery strategic business plans.

  • Maintain quality documentation in regard to both hardcopy and computer records in accordance with allocated responsibility and electronic systems.

  • Undertake additional activities to support the Train Service Delivery Compliance Team responsibilities

 

About you:

The successful candidate will have proven:

  • Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to develop sound relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.

  • Experience in using Microsoft suite.

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a large team.

  • Ability to remain adaptable and solutions focused.
