Your Opportunity

Queensland Rail is currently recruiting for a Traincrew Depot Coordinator to join our Train Service Delivery Operations team for a fixed term opportunity until July 2026.

This role maintains SEQ Rail Traffic Crew Depots & Meal Rooms, initiates and coordinates maintenance requests and ensures that any RTC sites adhere to required standards.
This role is based at Bowen Hills Administration Building.


About the role:

• Proactively and regularly inspect RTC sites and report any issues accordingly.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure issues are rectified in a timely manner.
• Attend Health & Safety Committee meetings.
• Source and order furniture, appliances and other requirements required for RTC sites.
• Raise and manage purchases through SRM and other external companies.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• A knowledge of the Traincrew Enterprise Agreement.
• The ability to be self-led and be able to work autonomously.
• A good level organisational, planning, operational, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong operational and strategic business support skills in a complex operational environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
