About the Role

 

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Centre of Excellence Improvement Officer (Procurement and Supply Chain) to join our Centre of Excellence team within Supply Chain and Corporate Services. This permanent, fulltime Brisbane CBD-based role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain functions.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and materials to support Centre of Excellence initiatives.
  • Develop content for training programs, workshops, and communications that uplift team capability and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the creation of frameworks and methodologies that promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide advises on procurement and supply chain related enquires.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights and inform decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to facilitate smooth operations across improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The role offers a competitive base salary starting at $117,750 plus 12.75% superannuation, and access to hybrid work options to support work-life balance.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • High-level skills in developing training and communication materials, particularly in procurement and supply chain contexts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experiences in procurement and supply chain management within a large organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities under pressure.
