The Employee Relations team has a fixed term opportunity for an Adviser to join their team from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2026 (13 months).
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Adviser Employee Relations you'll provide guidance on a range of employee relations issues, including Enterprise Agreement interpretation, dispute resolution, and workplace investigations.
You can expect some of the responsibilities of the role to include:
- Provide expert HR, industrial relations, and employment law advice to leaders and employees.
- Manage complex performance and conduct issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to implement effective People and Culture practices.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to HRM process improvements and capability development.
About you:
- Experience or understanding of the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements
- General understanding of FWC-related processes, including unfair dismissals and general protections
- Generalist HR experience, including workplace investigations & disciplinary outcomes.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective planning, organisation and time management.
- Can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate an ability to remain maintain professionalism during sensitive or difficult situations and conversations.
