Your opportunity
As the Group Senior Manager, ICT Operations & Service Management, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation, introducing differentiated infrastructure, and enhancing operational productivity. This pivotal role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and program directors, to ensure the effective management and alignment of our ICT operations and service management with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the ICT Operations & Service Management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance ICT infrastructure, applications including SAP, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies to support the organisation’s strategic initiatives.
- Manage ICT operations budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while delivering value-driven results.
- Establish governance mechanisms to maintain compliance with regulations, audits, and risk management protocols.
- Drive cloud adoption initiatives and manage ICT environments to support scalability and business growth.
- Lead the information security operations services to ensure consistent and high-quality cyber and information security management in support of the business goals.

- Extensive knowledge of ICT operations, including SAP ERP systems, cloud adoption, and governance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in mentoring diverse teams and managing change effectively.
- Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and build compelling business cases for ICT investments.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Expertise in budget management, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
