Your Opportunity
We’re looking for an innovative and solutions-focused Program Manager with exceptional stakeholder management skills to join our Digital Delivery team in Brisbane. As the ICT Program Manager, you will proactively partner with our business lines, ensuring clear stakeholder engagement plans, managing project interdependencies and driving successful business outcomes.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will:
- Manage a diverse range of digital projects, from small “minor works” activities to complex business change projects.
- Lead, assist and support procurement activities and contract negotiations.
- Manage project governance and assurance requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to secure project funding, and effectively manage project finances, forecasting, and associated project administration.
About you:
We are seeking a confident leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement capability. Someone who can translate complex ideas and solutions into clear compelling messages that are understood across all levels of the organisation.
Ideally you will also have:
- Demonstrated experience and innovation with a record of achievements in delivering digital projects, with the ability to tailor the delivery approach to individual projects.
- Ability to navigate complex conversations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills that drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Apply sound commercial acumen to inform decisions and influence direction
- A spirit of collaboration to work with others and deliver the best, cost-effective solutions for Queensland Rail, ICT, and our business customers.

Remuneration & Employment Type
This is a Permanent, fulltime position based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $151,359 plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
