We are currently seeking a suitably experienced professional to join Queensland Rail in this new role within a fixed term contract until June 2029 located in Brisbane CBD. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all corridor access requirements for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project, which includes possession plans, schedules and management activities.
Purpose that Counts - Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Participate as a member of the Possessions Integration leadership team to provide expert advice on key corridor access issues
- Work within business-wide and project management governance, client and legislative requirements
- Lead and coordinate all possession planning, scheduling and management
- Ensure legislative and business governance requirements are met for corridor access at all times
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
People Who Count - Who we are looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of SEQs networks, policies and practices.
- High level of skill in scheduling programming and major works projects
- High level of people management skills combined with influencing and negotiating
- Experience of managing complex project delivery and operational issues as they arise
- Demonstrated ability to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive a solution focused outcomes for all parties.
