About this role:
Working within Queensland Rail’s Major Projects division as the Integration Manager, you will lead and manage integration activities across major rail programs to coordinate configuration state transitions and stakeholder interfaces, enabling Queensland Rail to safely accept, transition and operate new and modified infrastructure, systems and assets.
This role is a fixed term role until 30 June, 2030, based in Brisbane CBD.
You can expect some of your responsibilities to include:
- Lead and manage configuraton sate integration activities across the program of works.
- Act as a key integration interface between Queensland Rail and project delivery partners to coordinate readiness, acceptance and operational handover activities across the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of integration, transition and operational readiness plans, schedules and supporting documentation
- Identify, assess and manage integration risks, issues, dependencies and constraints
- Provide specialist advice to Program Managers and senior stakeholders on integration, transition to operations and Rail Infrastructure Manager obligations
- Lead engagement with subject matter experts across operations, safety, assurance, engineering and human factors
- Support governance, assurance and reporting processes
- Ensure integration activities comply with Queensland Rail policies, standards, safety frameworks and legislative requirements
What you can bring to the role:
- Extensive knowledge in coordinating integration activities across complex programs.
- High level of skill in managing readiness, acceptance and handover.
- Extensive knowledge in identifying and managing program risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
- High level of skill in developing and maintaining integration, transition and operational readiness plans, schedules and documentation.
- Extensive knowledge in applying organisational policies, safety principles and compliance frameworks.
