Your Opportunity
 

Queensland Rail are looking for an Operations Delivery Support Officer to provide operational support to the SEQ Operations Roster Centre through supporting the creation, organisation, and implementation of operational rosters for Station Staff within SEQ.
 

This is a fulltime shift working permanent position based at Bowen Hills.

Overview of Responsibilities:
 

• Support the development and maintenance of operational rosters, transport plans and roster developments.
• Maintain fatigue compliance for all Station Customer Service (SCS) employees.
• Ensuring rosters and allocations meet industrial agreements.
• Providing regular reporting to leaders based on KPI's.
• Providing operational backfill for maintenance of SCS Locations.

About you:
 

• Must be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High level of stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
• Extensive knowledge of all MS Office programs, including excel and outlook.
• Rostering experience preferred.
• Deputy, SAP, FAID and IWAY knowledge desirable.
