Your Opportunity

We’re seeking an Organisational Design and Remuneration Adviser for a fixed term contract until 30 October 2026.

Join our small but impactful team, where we deliver a range of services and solutions to our internal customers. This role will encompass two key areas: Organisational Design and Remuneration.

 

Here's what you’ll do

  • Organisational Design & Restructures – Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver organisational reviews that  maximise organisational and role design outcomes. Strengthen organisational design frameworks, systems and processes to support enterprise needs and governance.
  • Positions – Partner with leaders on job analysis, position description reviews, and role evaluations to ensure roles are well-defined and aligned with organisational needs.
  • Remuneration matters – Support the business by analysing data to provide remuneration recommendations for senior contracts and specialised roles, advise on higher duties, and apply remuneration guidelines with sound judgement and insight.
  • Benefits – Promote our suite of employee benefits, including novated lease requests  in creative and engaging ways.
  • Stakeholder relationships – Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including People Business Partners, HR Central, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Finance, Payroll, and operational leaders, to develop fit-for-purpose organisational structures and support remuneration that reflects the skills required and market benchmarks.
  • Continuous improvement – Contribute ideas and improvements in both day-to-day work and project activities to enhance how we deliver our services.

I
deally, you will have:

  • Mercer job evaluation accreditation desirable, or a willingness to gain, to support highquality organisational design and role evaluation work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships while delivering within tight timeframes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Confidence in navigating challenging conversations and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including in sensitive or ambiguous situations.
  • Sound understanding of contemporary organisational design, remuneration frameworks, and strategies.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
