3-month contract – High-impact leadership role in training transformation – Immediate Start
The Training Design and Development team is looking for a dynamic leader to drive change and embed project management best practices in a newly formed team. This is a 3-month contract ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams through change, improving processes, and implementing innovative ways of working.
Your Opportunity

This short-term, high-impact role will see you leading a team through change, embedding efficient processes, and driving project management best practices to deliver high-quality training programs.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of leading teams through change
- Has strong project management and implementation skills
- Excels at embedding new ways of working into existing teams
- Can drive continuous improvement and high-performance cultures
- Has excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in instructional design or learning solutions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, competency-based training, or the VET Quality Framework (AQF)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and delivery
- Develop and implement a prioritisation framework to ensure training solutions meet business and safety requirements, with a strong focus on adopting efficient learning practices and alternative solution designs (e.g., eLearning, blended learning, multimedia).
- Drive change leadership, supporting the delivery of the Learning Strategy
- Lead and coach a team, ensuring high-quality outputs within agreed timeframes
- Analyse and improve workflows to enhance effectiveness and adoption of new practices
