About the Role
Queensland Rail is seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Coordinator to support the delivery of the ETCS project.
In this role, you will support Project Managers in coordinating Queensland Rail’s ETCS and Cross River Rail (CRR) activities, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and delivery across the program. You will contribute to governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, helping drive alignment, manage risks, and support the successful delivery of key project outcomes.
Purpose That Counts – Some of the responsibilities of the role:
- Work closely with Alliance teams to plan and coordinate assurance, integration, and operational readiness activities across the ETCS program
- Develop and maintain program plans, governance documentation, and systems to track activities and actions
- Coordinate program reporting and maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and outcomes
- Support program delivery by monitoring progress, managing issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
