About this role:
Working within Queensland Rail’s Major Projects division as the Program Delivery Manager (Integration), you will be involved in planning and coordinating delivery activities across several of our externally delivered mega rail projects. You will play a key role in maintaining program controls and integrating readiness inputs.
This role is a fixed term role until 30 June, 2030, based in Brisbane CBD.
You can expect some of your responsibilities to include:
- Deliver assigned integration and operational readiness activities across defined projects, workstreams or configuration state transitions.
- Establish and maintain program controls for allocated scope including schedule, resourcing, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.
- Coordinate and integrate integration inputs from operations, maintenance, safety, assurance, access planning, fleet and depots, training, customer, ICT and asset management.
- Manage delivery interfaces with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners for assigned projects or configuration states.
- Manage the review, consolidation and readiness of project deliverables required for configuration state transitions, including procedures, operational instructions, readiness artefacts and evidence packs.
- Support Railway Configuration Change (RCC) governance for allocated scope by coordinating inputs, consolidating evidence and tracking conditions, actions and commitments applicable to assigned configuration states.
- Contribute to integrated planning and sequencing by supporting the Delivery Manager Network Transition with insight into upcoming configuration states, delivery impacts, constraints and readiness risks within allocated scope.
What you can bring to the role:
- High level of skill in end-to-end delivery of complex program and project workstreams
- High level of skill in applying program control disciplines to maintain delivery confidence, including managing schedule, risk, dependencies, competing priorities, and performance visibility across assigned scope.
- High level of skill in enabling operational readiness through effective inputs across multiple business areas and operational stakeholders.
- High level of skill in stakeholder engagement and influencing
- High level of skill in clear, structured written and verbal communication
