We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager, working on the B2N project. The role will see you provide project management and associated services on the B2N project. Predominantly based in Brisbane CBD, the role has the requirement to be based on site at Beerburrum 2 days per week.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to effectively communicate, consult and negotiate to achieve the required project outcomes.
- Manage key project management areas such as forecasting, contract management and risk management.
- Oversee implementation of B2N project plans, such as safety interface coordination plan, operational readiness plan and project management plans.
- Work with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure the B2N project schedule is managed efficiently, including managing work packages for delivery by internal engineers.
- Monitor and manage the implementation of all project deliverables such as SCAS applications, wayleave applications and assurance activities.
- Report monthly to management and internal / external stakeholders on project progress
- Finalise projects on completion, including transfer of assets, closure of project financial systems and complete final project reports
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- High level of skill in the application of project management
- High level of skill in managing the delivery of complex projects
- High level of skill in managing risk, safety and quality within a multi-discipline construction project
- Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, contract engagement and administration, and design requirements associated with project works.
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills to manage various internal and external stakeholders within a large organisation.
