Job Description


We are seeking a Scheduling and Support Officer to work with our SEQ Facilities Customer Asset team on a permanent basis by implementing and maintaining schedules for BAU works within multi-disciplinary teams. Based in our CBD or Qantas drive offices the successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and reporting on projects, ensuring efficient delivery of Queensland Rail’s works portfolio.

 

Remuneration

 

Starting from annual base salary of $113,768 + 12.75% Superannuation.

 

About the Role

 

  • Coordinate schedules for planning, monitoring, and reporting BAU works, projects, and programs.
  • Develop and maintain time and resource schedules for BAU works and the broader Queensland Rail portfolio.
  • Ensure accuracy in SAP databases for forecasting delivery and key milestones.
  • Produce reports and insights for Work Coordinators, Management, and Senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth project scheduling and communication.

 

About You


We’re seeking a proactive team player with strong scheduling and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • High-level skills in scheduling work programs, including identifying, scoping, and planning multi-disciplinary works.
  • Experience in SAP and asset management systems with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with technical representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Trade background desirable but not essential

 

 

Typical Working Hours

 

  • Our standard working hours are 38 hour per work week Monday to Friday.
