Your opportunity

 

As Queensland Rail looks towards the future, we are focused on putting customers at the centre of everything we do. We are seeking a Senior Customer Research and Insights Analyst (AS6) to join our Customer Insights and Strategy team. Our Customer Insights and Strategy team utilises customer research and operational data to develop insights to inform business improvements, provide strategic advice and measure the customer experience on our network.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane CBD. The role offers a starting salary of $135,199 plus 12.75% superannuation, along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.

What we’re looking for

 

As a Senior Customer Research and Insights Analyst you will play a pivotal role in customer related analytics, reporting and research. You will be technically strong in Microsoft Office, and have experience in statistical software packages Qualtrics, and SPSS.

 

To be successful in this role, you will be excellent at analysing and identifying business recommendations. You will also be a confident communicator, comfortable with liaising with several stakeholders across the organisation.

 

Other key requirements include:

 

  • Experience in developing methodology for and conducting market research.
  • Advanced skills in customer data analysis and reporting with experience in a customer satisfaction program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
