About this role:
The Senior Document Control Officer will provide leadership in document control for Major Projects, ensuring compliant, best‑practice document management and supporting effective project controls.
Purpose That Counts - Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the document control function for Major Projects, supporting the safe, efficient and effective delivery of project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement by overseeing document control standards, management of Issue authorised documentation, and the use of fit‑for‑purpose processes.
- Support project and contract controls through effective record management, document systems, schedule support, and coordination of contract management deliverables.
People Who Count - What you can bring to the role:
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating, delivering and continuously improving document control services, including the development and implementation of efficient, fit‑for‑purpose document management processes.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in establishing, operating and maintaining document control systems and procedures for large‑scale, complex infrastructure programs, including the effective use of systems such as ProjectWise, TRIM and Team Binder.
- Strong capability in providing specialist professional advice, leadership and guidance, and in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with mandated document control requirements.
