Senior Document Control Officer

Queensland Rail are excited to offer the opportunity for a Senior Document Control Officer to join the Strategic Projects Team in a Two Year Fixed Term position.

This team is responsible for interfacing with External Agencies in the delivery of large rail infrastructure projects such as the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade Project, Inland Rail, Kuraby to Beenleigh Rail Upgrade and many more. This role, along with the team, will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of these significant rail projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our friendly team.

This position will be responsible for leading and managing the document control services across a portfolio of strategic rail projects in accordance with industry best practice.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Extensive knowledge of document management systems (such as ProjectWise, TRIM, Teambinder, Aconex, SharePoint) and associated processes/practices/protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to produce outcomes

Starting salary $96,090 plus superannuation
