Your opportunity

The Brand, Reputation and Corporate Affairs function plays a vital role in shaping and protecting Queensland Rail’s public image, serving as the centre of excellence for all brand and customer engagement initiatives.  This dynamic team delivers high-impact communication, marketing, and stakeholder engagement services that align with the organisation’s strategic and operational goals.

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Manager Corporate Communication and Engagement to lead a high-performing team responsible for internal communication, industry engagement, digital design and production, and special projects. This role is central to building Queensland Rail’s brand and reputation from the inside out.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated communication and engagement strategies.
• Oversee internal communication programs, change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement for major projects.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders and collaborate across the business to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Manage a centre of excellence delivering high-quality digital design and production services.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane CBD. The role offers a competitive remuneration package, along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
