As the Senior Program Coordinator, you will support the coordination and integration of program activities, enabling effective decision-making and operational readiness across the Major Projects Integration team.

About this role:


As Senior Program Coordinator, you will support the coordination of program governance, reporting and integration activities, ensuring a clear, structured and program-wide view of delivery, risks and readiness.

You will play a key role in ensuring program information, decisions and artefacts are aligned to support network-wide integration outcomes and timely decision-making.

This role is a 4-year fixed term role until June 2030, based in Brisbane CBD.

 

You can expect some of your responsibilities to include: 

 

  • Coordinate program-level governance, planning and reporting activities in support of Program Managers within the Program Integration and Network Transition Management capability streams.
  • Coordinate the development, maintenance and assurance of key program documentation including plans, schedules, registers, decision papers, options analyses and reporting artefacts to support RIM transition and operational readiness activities.
  • Manage and track complex interdependencies, milestones, issues and risks across multiple workstreams
  • Support the provision of project related advice, guidance and recommendations to Queensland Rail to assist in achieving effective business outcomes
  • Coordinate internal review and approval processes for program documentation
  • Prepare Decision Requests, Options Analyses and Recommendations to assist in achieving timely Program decisions.

 

What you can bring to the role:

 

  • High-level of skill in coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary programs or projects within a large infrastructure or operational environment.
  • High level skill in program governance, scheduling, reporting and documentation management
  • High level of analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills
