We are currently seeking a suitably experienced professional to join the team on a full-time permanent basis in our Brisbane CBD office.
In this role, you’ll help drive the successful delivery of major signalling projects by developing, maintaining, and optimising planning and reporting systems across portfolios, programs and projects. You’ll work closely with project coordinators and Delivery stakeholders, using your expertise to provide visibility, support informed decisions, and keep delivery on track.
Purpose that Counts - Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, plan, monitor, and report on the performance of signalling programs, portfolios and projects
- Develop progress measurements to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with other Senior Project Schedulers, Project Managers, clients and their representatives and stakeholders to develop and maintain the time and resource schedules for individual projects, programmes and the overall Queensland Rail works portfolio
- Produce high quality reports & progress narratives
People Who Count - Who we are looking for:
- Extensive level of experience using Primavera P6 in complex project environments
- High level of skill in analysing complex project planning issues and inter-relationships between projects where requirements often change
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and how they support successful delivery.
- Signalling knowledge desirable
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI and MS Project is advantageous
