Your Opportunity:
As the Onboard Customer Service Systems Coordinator you’ll manage the maintenance, repair and replacement of onboard equipment for our long distance trains. From asset tracking to procurement and system upgrades, you’ll keep our services running smoothly.

Purpose that Counts. As an Onboard Customer Service Systems Coordinator some of your duties will include:
• Coordinate maintenance and replacement of onboard assets (POS systems, coffee machines, EFTPOS terminals)
• Manage asset tracking, documentation and software updates
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with training material and delivery
• Travel on long-distance services as required
You’ll also be involved in supporting operational projects, which can include:
• Coordinating the ordering and distribution of uniforms for onboard staff.
• Managing stationery and payment of invoices
• Assisting with project-related tasks as required.
• Supporting the preparation and writing of recommendation papers for operational improvements and procurement
We are seeking to connect with someone who ideally will have:
• Experience in system / equipment maintenance and asset management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities
• Procurement and POS/EFTPOS experience highly regarded
