Your Opportunity
Queensland Rail is seeking a detail‑focused and compliance‑minded professional to join our SEQ Roster team as a TSD Performance Officer based in Brisbane.
In this role, you will carry out deep‑dive analysis of Train Service Delivery (TSD) performance to support the development of business insights and reporting that measure progress against our Train Service Delivery Objectives. Your work will directly contribute to improving service outcomes and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify performance trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver insights that measure progress against the Train Service Delivery Vision and Strategic Objectives.
- Use TSD Performance Management systems effectively and identify opportunities to enhance business practices.
- Provide analysis to support Executive papers, presentations and documentation for strategy, benchmarking, planning and performance reporting.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting within the enterprise reporting governance framework.
- Work collaboratively across Train Service Delivery teams to integrate strategic, benchmarking and performance insights into key documentation.
- Contribute to team activities as required, including benchmarking, demographics, program management, and strategy and operational planning.

About you:
- You bring strong analytical capability, with the proven ability to translate complex and high‑volume data into clear, actionable insights.
- You have advanced problem‑solving skills, enabling you to interpret performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, highlight data quality issues, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- You are an effective communicator who can craft targeted, high‑quality reports that turn data into compelling narratives and practical recommendations.
- You are experienced working within a regulated environment and understand the importance of governance, planning and compliance.
- You can apply strategic thinking to the development of enterprise performance frameworks, tools and products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- High level organisational abilities, including High level attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of computer literacy in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
