We have an exciting fixed term contract opportunity until 30 June 2028 for a Track Construction Delivery Lead to join our Major Projects team supporting one of Queensland’s most significant infrastructure programs, Cross River Rail. This role will be based in Clapham Yard & Yerongpilly Junction Track Construction Program.

Purpose That Counts - some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop project plans, including time programs, cost plans and cash flows in line with the approved scope and budget for the project in conjunction with all stakeholders.
• Support the development of project management practices and administration of the track construction activities
• Manage design and construction disciplines across whole of project to deliver complex track packages.
• Ensure multi-disciplinary interfaces are managed
• Undertake negotiations and manage consultations and communications
• Provide reporting on program status and outcomes to meet the diverse range of the business

People Who Count – What you will bring:

• Extensive knowledge and high level of skill delivering large-scale brown and greenfield rail infrastructure projects
• High level of skill in meeting statutory, regulatory and policy obligations in a commercially focused Alliance delivery model.
• High level of leadership and management skills in delivering business outcomes
• High level interpersonal communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing stakeholder skills
• High level of skill in interpreting railway standards (railway transport operations; construction; maintenance and safety) to facilitate delivery of large-scale rail infrastructure projects.
