Your Opportunity:
As the Station Assistant you will join a small team where you’ll provide exceptional customer service and keep our station and QR Travel fleet looking their best.
You’ll be required to work independently most of the time with occasional teamwork.
Purpose that Counts. As a Station Assistant / Cleaner some of your duties will include:
• Cleaning and presentation for the Bundaberg Tilt and other services
• Station cleaning and vegetation control
• Assisting customers and handling luggage
• Reporting safety concerns
• Performing additional duties as required by the Supervisor
• Transporting Onboarding staff to and from overnight accommodation

Roster / Hours:
Temporary part-time position until June 2026.
Shifts are generally between 20:45 to 02:45 Monday to Friday, working a minimum of 25 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours or have flexibility with the roster as required.
We are seeking to connect with someone who will have:
• The ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and customer focus
• The ability to perform manual tasks, including cleaning and lifting luggage up to 20kg
• Experience in a previous cleaning role is highly desirable
• The ability to work night shifts and be flexible with their hours
You must also hold a current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence to be considered for this opportunity.
