About the Role
We’re seeking a Bridgeworker Team Leader to join our Regional Assets Team based at our Redlynch depot.
Reporting to the Structures Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team responsible for maintaining bridges, culverts, and other key infrastructure. You’ll play a vital role in planning, resourcing, and delivering safe, timely, and high-quality maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Oversee servicing and preventative maintenance of plant and equipment
- Support tradespeople with mechanical maintenance tasks
- Manage administrative duties and maintain accurate records

About You
- Strong knowledge of bridge and structural maintenance standards, systems, and costs
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Competent in Queensland Rail systems and applications (e.g., SAP R3, MS Office, IQMS)
- Committed to Queensland Rail’s values and behaviours
