About the role:

Our Civil Works Team currently have a permanent vacancy for a Facilities Maintainer. Based out of Sunshine (Geebung), you will work as part of a team to conduct corridor and station facility asset maintenance and various yards/ sidings maintenance throughout the network.

Some duties will involve line marking, earthworks, concreting, corridor fencing and other civil duties.

There may be a requirement to work on weekends with this role.

Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:

• Be present for daily briefings including important safety information
• Use of a work tablets to review and complete work orders
• Travel between sites across the whole SEQ network

About you:

• Previous experience with line marking, earthworks, concreting or corridor fencing will be highly valued
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• MR licence highly regarded
