This role is primarily based at our Sunshine (Geebung) facility; however, occasional travel to other locations across the state-wide network may be required to support inventory operations, stakeholder engagement and project activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders to determine short and long-term material and component requirements, ensuring demand is accurately reflected in SAP and supply requirements are met.
- Engaging with external suppliers to manage demand forecasts, forward planning requirements and open purchase orders, ensuring material availability and alignment to business needs.
- Analysing MRP exception reports to identify, investigate and report on potential stock shortages and supply risks.
- Supporting inventory optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the Network Inventory function.
- Undertaking occasional travel as required to support operational requirements, projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
About You:
You are a proactive and analytical inventory professional with proven experience in inventory planning within a large-scale, heavy industrial or asset-intensive environment. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Extensive experience using SAP and forecasting/planning software.
- Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) strategies, processes and policies. Exposure to Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) methodologies would be highly regarded with a solid understanding of warehousing, logistics and supply chain operations.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems effectively and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to quickly build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A willingness and ability to undertake occasional travel across the network as required.

- Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
- Access to a range of employee benefits, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and the opportunity to contribute to a strong One Team culture.
