What You’ll Be Working On:
- Supporting the maintenance, overhaul, and modernisation of rail vehicles.
- Providing expertise and trade staff support to resolve complex issues and failures.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimise fleet performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards and practices.
- Conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to safe work practices.
- Analysing performance data and implementing reliability centred maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Washington Accord accredited or Engineers Australia certified).
- At least 1 or more years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and standards.
- A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed.
