What You’ll Be Working On:

 

  • Supporting the maintenance, overhaul, and modernisation of rail vehicles.
  • Providing expertise and trade staff support to resolve complex issues and failures.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimise fleet performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards and practices.
  • Conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to safe work practices.
  • Analysing performance data and implementing reliability centred maintenance.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Washington Accord accredited or Engineers Australia certified).
  • At least 1 or more years of professional electrical engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and standards.
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed.
